Dr. Evangeline Perez

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Evangeline Perez is a board certified dermatologist and has been practicing for over 20 years. She provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatments and specializes in the treatment of skin conditions for the whole family. Born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, she connects with the community and is best known for her approachable demeanor. While Dr. Perez may specialize in dermatology, as an osteopathic physician, she takes a holistic approach to care and considers the health of the whole body, not just the condition affecting the skin.

Dr. Perez received her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, graduating at the top 1% of her class where she was a member of Psi Sigma Alpha, the National Osteopathic Honor Society. To further her training and provide exceptional dermatologic care, Dr. Perez completed a one year surgical residency at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, NY. Fascinated by the underlying science of skin disorders, she completed a research fellowship in dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. She then completed her residencies in both Dermatology and Family Medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY.

Dr. Perez is a member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Perez also served as a clinical instructor in dermatology at Long Island College Hospital and a clinical professor at SUNY Downstate, both located in Brooklyn, NY.

Nicole Marie Colucci, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Nicole Marie Colucci, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in the field of Dermatology. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a licensed Physician Assistant in both New York and New Jersey. Nicole received her Master of Science from the Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she completed both a medical and surgical Dermatology elective, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Nicole is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She also frequently furthers her medical knowledge by attending various dermatology-specific Continuing Medical Education conferences.

Nicole has worked very closely and diligently under the unparalleled guidance and mentorship of Dr. Perez to become an educated and skilled provider in diagnosing and treating dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, alopecia, warts, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, vitiligo, hyperhidrosis, and many more.

Zuzanna Niewiadomska PA-C

Physician Assistant

Zuzanna Niewiadomska, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in the field of Dermatology. Zuzanna received her Physician Assistant training at CUNY York College and graduated Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board-certified by the National Commission of Certification for Physician Assistants and is a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of New York.
Prior to joining Bay Ridge Dermatology, Zuzanna worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Woodhull Hospital. Zuzanna completed extensive dermatology training under the guidance of Dr. Evangeline Perez. Zuzanna is proficient in diagnosing and treating dermatologic disorders in adult and pediatric patients, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, warts, fungal infections and rashes. She continues to expand her medical knowledge through Continuing Medical Education training and meetings. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Zuzanna is committed to making each patient’s experience comfortable and tailoring a unique treatment plan for each patient.
