Dr E Perez is wonderful. I’ve recommended her to many patients, they all are very pleased. When the dr wasnt in the office,I wasn’t notified so I saw her assistant I was unhappy, thought my visit was a complete waste Id perfer to not have been seen.Next time iwill confirm the Drs attendance Dr Perez is worth waiting for.

It is wonderful how the office cares about you in when you need to but the major problem is that I can’t get through on the phone very often!! I have been told since there way too many phone calls coming in! Y do you not just use another phone line?

Over a year ago, I had a skin condition and I went to three different dermatologists before going to see Dr Perez. The staff was so friendly, it made me feel at ease. Dr Perez was so wonderful, that I have been her patient ever since.

Facility was modern and clean. Staff was very kind on both floors for check-in. I had a 3 a clock appointment and arrived around 2:30. I waited only a few minutes prior to being called up and by the time everything was completed it was 3:07. I’m very pleased with the wait time, staff, and doctor. Dr. Perez was kind, knew her knowledge and information and was able to quickly identify anything during my appointment. Disregard negative reviews, this is definitely a great dermatologist and I will be coming back again. -Erika

I base on who and where I go by the reviews I read on here. Some of the reviews that patients left almost made me not want to come to them all together. I went yesterday to get a skin tag removed, because of the reviews I was really nervous and worried that something will go wrong. Not the case at all. Dr. Jenifer was amazing. Went for my first visit, so far so good. Assistant Jennifer and Dr.Nicole listened patiently and intently to me, and started taking care of my skin conditions right away. My adult son also went there previously for diagnosis and treatment of Shingles, was prescribed a cream and pills and recovered quickly !
